The NAEA is proud to now offer the Certified Home Selling Advisor™ designation. The CHSA designation is our industry's first and only professional Expert Advisor credential. The CHSA program was unveiled at our 2011 Exponential Growth Summit which was held in Dallas, TX.

The CHSA designation was developed to establish and measure the fundamental skills and competencies and expertise critical for today's Real Estate Professionals. The CHSA is a web-based training program and consists of more than 80 hours of comprehensive preparatory courses culminating with a final examination. Successful completion of the CHSA program tells clients that you have passed a rigorous set of preparatory requirements, and demonstrated mastery of the skills required to be a successful Expert Advisor.

From the quality of the preparatory content to the thoroughness of the final examination, the CHSA training course delivers the highest standard of excellence.
